A Letter from the Founders
From a single birthday cake made for our beloved mom, to a humble roadside stall along Klenteng Street where Bloomery first opened its doors — we never imagined that those beginnings would blossom into what Bloomery is today.
What started out as a Milk Carpet, created with love and patience in our home kitchen, has now grown into a series of dreamy desserts that carry with them flavors born from emotion, memories, and joy.
Through the years, we have been fortunate to be part of many stories — birthdays, weddings, graduations, and everyday moments of comfort. At Bloomery Patisserie, each product we make is crafted with a heart to present Butter, Batter, Bloom into your homes and hearts (or into the tummies of your favorite people you love to share joy!).
Our home has never been about size or scale alone. What matters most is the connection — the smiles that unfold from the blooming experience, the flavors that take you down cherished roads, and the sweetness that lingers in both taste and memory.

The journey began in a home kitchen in Yogyakarta. The owner crafted the very first mille crepe out of a family longing for their favorite dessert during the pandemic.
